whats is the best weapon to train str whit?

i was told that best wep is dds to train str but i use d scimi and dds.

Regular dragon daggers give more strength bonus so use one of those.

whip
and i did for fun whit iron scim i did from 106str to 107 str =]

Yeah i would either use,

dragon dagger (s)

dragon dagger

or a dragon scimitar.

dds is the best to train str also if u hit more do u get more exp or the same amount?

1.) There is not an offical "Strength Training Weapon"
2.) It depends on the Strength bonus of the weapon.
3.) Training strength takes the longest, you usually hit low, unless you have high strength.
(Sub-note: When I had 134 strength, i hit 38s with dds.)

Agreeing with all..
Dragon scim or dagger.
Maybe full dharok.
Or, equip dds, Put on str attack style, put whip on and don't touch attack style anymore. Than you train Strength with whip.

well yes dds is the best wepon to use if you use whip it dosnt hit as good as with att or deff

Yeah. As flame said. Use a regular dragon dagger. Nothing like (s) or anything after it. Because it gives a higher strength bonus. Hoped this helped.
