I need help :/

So, I have made an account, obviously, and i start up the game. I've downloaded the client and everything. But when I sign into the actual game, it tells me to go make an account, when I already have one, why is this?

I even tried using an account I made a year or two ago and it still says I have to make an account..

Try making a new account then, make the username smaller. If you are still having problems it is something wrong on your end.

it didnt work :/ delete both KarmaSeasons and this. No point in having these accounts if they cant be used :/
