ight ok imma give us tep for the pic no camera needed

step 1.) find the key thats says "Prt Scr
                                                 SysRq
step 2.) press it

step3.) open paint

step 4.) go to "edit" and find "paste" click paste

step 5.) edit pic and save.

How To Get To forums


step 1.) Go To  www.tinypic.com

step 2.)click browse... find the pic

step 5.) when you find pic clock upload =]

Yeah just click the button 2 times fast! go to "edit" and go Down To Paste. and click it if it dont show upp ill give a screen shot tutorial.

Lol...I think he is breaking a third rule... He is being extremely stupid, most of us who play private servers are either, banned from rs, quit rs, still playing rs, and either way we don't want to buy a nooby account from anyone.
