@Kevin. Most people wear the fire cape when they pk. Giving the strength cape the same strength bonus as the fire cape wouldn't change pking at all except for the cape people would wear. Either way, you're gonna have +4 more strength.

I personally don't like this idea. Here are the reasons;

** You already have 135, why do you need more xp on it?
** It can make the att+veng+att k0 a person and that will take the fun out of it.
** Plus we don't need extra xp on it, when we have the Fire-cape available to everyone.

So it's a not a good idea from me.

Whats the point though? If you had +5 to the cape, it'll go to the hood , and people will wear both..Which = +10 .

Not the hood, just cape. And fire cape is +4 btw. It would be exact same thing as fire cape except different design.
