Here's a list of all the commands that I know of to help out new players or to inform existing players on how to get around WorldScape.

Basic Teleport Commands
::Lumby - Teleports you to Lumbridge
::Etele - Teleports you to Varrock Square
::Fally - Teleports you to Falador
::Coolcity - Teleports you to Rellekka
::Lostcity - Teleports you to Zanaris
::Westdust - Teleports you to West Ardougne
::Buymage - Teleports you to mage clothes shopping area
::Seers - Teleports you to Seers Village
::Northpole - Teleports you to north pole combat training area
::Tar - Teleports you to TzHarr
::Camp - Combat Minigame
::Ppatch - Teleports you to the pumpkin patch (::patchhelp)
::Spookypatch - Teleports you to spooky pumpkin patch
::Cw - Teleports you to Castle Wars Minigame

Wilderness Teleport Commands
::Wildy - Teleports you to Chaos Temple (Level 13 Wild)
::Edge - Teleports you to Edgeville bank (Wild to north)
::Phat - Teleports you to Christmas Cracker Spawn (Level 39 Wild)
::Pkisland - Teleports you to island PKing area
::Pbox, ::PKbox - Teleports you to PK Box
::Atele - Teleports you to Ape Atoll (PK Box)

Other Basic Commands
::Bank - Opens bank
::Runes - Gives 999M of each rune
::Switch - Switches to Ancient Spell Book (Do again to get back to normal spell book)
::Food - Gives you 4 easter eggs
::Theshop - Opens portable shop
::Onlinestaff - Shows a list of all current online WorldScape staff
::Worlds - Shows list of all players throughout all worlds
::Worldplayers - Show players on a particular world

That's it I think, if I'm missing anything please post here so I can add it.

Isn't there a ::commands command in-game, that shows you all the commands?

I thought ::runes would give you 1 more rune. since they give you 1000m.

nice list zack. all tho you are admin in my server. but yea..
i was turning it into 508 and counting..

again nice list zack must of taken you liek...who knows. u might be a slow typer or a fast one. soo... yeah.. nice.

I noticed someone posting about what the commands were that aren't in the ::help command. So I thought I'd bump this for him

I believe there is a command called. Patch shop. (::patchshop)

There is also a command called ::pots it gives you potions and a mud pie
